KR Corporate Consultants (“KR”, “we”, “us”) runs this website and the KR Learning Space platform used by participants in our immersion programmes. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

• Information you send us through our contact form: your name, email address, organisation and message.
• Account information for programme participants, facilitators and administrators: your name, email address and any profile details you choose to add, such as job title, organisation, location, a short bio, interests, a LinkedIn profile link and a photo.
• Content you create on the platform: notes, voice recordings, photos of handwritten notes, questions, reflections and the questions you ask the platform’s AI assistant.
• Technical information: limited information needed to keep you signed in and to keep the service secure, such as authentication cookies and server logs (for example IP address, browser type and time of access).

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• respond to your enquiries;
• plan and run our programmes;
• provide the platform’s features, including organising your notes, transcribing recordings, generating summaries and answering questions;
• share content with your facilitators and cohort according to the visibility settings you choose;
• keep the platform secure and working properly, and improve it;
• meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.

3. What others in your programme can see

You choose who can see each note: only you, your facilitators, your cohort, or anonymously as part of cohort-level insights. Your facilitators and programme administrators can see content you share with them. Other participants in your cohort can see the profile details you choose to show.

4. AI processing

To provide features such as transcription, summaries and answers to your questions, content may be processed by AI service providers. Only content you have permitted to be used in this way is included. Under the terms of the services we use, content sent through them is not used to train their AI models.

5. Service providers and international transfers

We use trusted service providers for website hosting, data storage, email delivery and AI processing. They process personal information only on our instructions and for the purposes described in this policy. Some of these providers may store or process information outside India or outside your country. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information remains protected.

6. Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to sign you in, keep you signed in if you ask us to, and keep the platform secure. We do not use advertising cookies.

7. How long we keep information

We keep account information and programme content for as long as needed to run the programme and to give participants continued access to their learning afterwards. We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to any legal obligations to keep it.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond promptly to any issue.

9. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent where we rely on it, by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection laws, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and you may have the right to complain to a data protection authority.

10. Children

Our programmes and platform are intended for adults and are not directed at anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
