Curated and delivered a program on data-driven decision making for over 250 senior leaders from a large Telecom MNC
The client reached out to us for a program on data analytics. We started with a workshop to understand their needs and expectations. We quickly realized that the need wasn't deep analytics skills, but around business decision making. The managers oversaw teams of data scientists and analysts. We needed to equip the managers to ask the right questions, and act decisively on insights that emerged from the team's analysis. We adapted and delivered over 120 hours of the program for 4 cohorts across 3 locations over 3 months. A testatement of the program's success was that we continued to receive messages of gratitudes from participants even over a year later.
